Without vis-à-vis, you will be charmed by this private house with heated swimming pool 4.3 x 2.25 m (also private), beautiful exterior and secure bike/paddles area.
Right in the center of the village but in a green setting, do not miss this haven of tranquility.
A pedestrian and cycle path will take you to the sea.
You are 50 meters from one of the most beautiful markets in Roussillon (twice a week on Thursday and Sunday mornings)
With 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (one of 23 m² with a 160 bed, one of 28 m² with a 160 bed plus an 80 bed and one of 11 m² with two 1m beds (which can make a large 2m bed) and a a very pleasant living space, completely renovated, with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.) opening onto a superb exterior with bar, heated swimming pool, deckchairs, large table, lounge area, gas barbecue…
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, ideal for teleworking!
A parking space for your vehicle is available inside the estate.

Torreilles beach is 5 mins away, Perpignan 15 mins and Spain 20 mins.

"Un séjour au top"
Un gite apaisant. Quand on rentre dedans, on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Une déco juste ce qu'il faut et faite avec gout. Le petit coin salon extérieur est agréable et calme.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très serviables.
Bref un petit coin de paradis que je recommande.
Un seul petit Bémol, le wifi saute de temps en temps mais rien d'embêtant sauf si vous voulez télé travailler

"Séjour dans un lieu incroyable"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette bâtisse entièrement rénovée avec goût. Très confortable, propre et très bien équipée avec un emplacement idéal.
Les hôtes sont très charmants, de bons conseils et surtout très disponibles. Merci à eux.

"Séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison"
Nous avons séjourné en famille le temps d’un week-end. C’était un vrai moment de détente dans cette jolie demeure décorée avec goût.

"Magnifique lieu de vacances"
Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cette belle bâtisse, très joliment décorée et confortable. Bien située au coeur de ville, il y a aussi un super parc pour enfants à côté et les pistes cyclables pour rejoindre la mer ne sont pas loin.

"Agréable séjour en Roussillon"
Belle bâtisse rénovée avec goût, tout confort avec piscine et climatisation. Quartier calme. Propriété sécurisée et arborée apportant fraîcheur et vue appaisante. Position idéale pour découvrir la région et les activités nautiques à proximité.
Boulangerie et marché 2x par semaine dans la rue attenante, très pratique.
Très bon accueil des propriétaires, flexibles et sympathiques.
